Travel agencies are not being replaced. They are being re-tooled.
What forty-agent shops actually asked us for when we offered them white-label AI agents — and how little of it was about automation.
We went into partner conversations expecting resistance. What we got was a shopping list. Agencies are not afraid of agents; they are exhausted by the volume of low-margin request handling that keeps their consultants off the complex trips they are actually good at.
What they asked for
Their brand, not ours, in front of the client. Full visibility into what the agent proposed and why. A hand-off point where a human takes over mid-conversation without losing context. And their existing supplier relationships preserved, not replaced by our inventory.
How we built it
White-label agents run on the agency's domain and tone of voice, with a consultant console showing every live conversation and a one-click takeover. The agent handles the routine 80%; the consultant owns the trips that earn the margin.
Agencies do not want fewer humans. They want their humans on the hard 20%.
