Privacy policy & terms

1. What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, phone), travel data needed to fulfil a booking (passenger names, document numbers, itineraries), device and eSIM activation data, and the conversation history you have with Syla agents. We do not collect biometric data.

2. Why we process it

To create and operate your account, to let our agents plan and execute bookings you approve, to activate connectivity, to prevent fraud, and to meet the legal record-keeping obligations that apply to travel and telecom providers.

3. Agent autonomy and your consent

Syla agents never complete a purchase without an explicit authorisation from your Identity Wallet. Spend limits, provider allow-lists and approval thresholds are set by you and can be revoked at any time from Wallet settings.

4. Who we share with

Only the providers required to deliver a booking you approved — airlines, hotels, transfer operators, carriers — and our payment and identity processors. We do not sell traveler data or share it for advertising.

5. Retention

Booking records are kept for the statutory period required by travel and telecom law. Chat history is kept until you delete it. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain by law.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection under GDPR. Exercise any of them from Settings → Privacy, or by writing to contact@syla.one.

Questions about your data?Write to contact@syla.one — we answer data-subject requests within 30 days.
